Margarita Navarro-Peraza, a native and citizen of Mexico, petitions pro se for review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") affirming the Immigration Judges ("IJ") decision denying Navarro-Perazas request for suspension of deportation under 8 U.S.C. Â§ 1254(a)(1). We have jurisdiction pursuant to 8 U.S.C. Â§ 1105a(a) and we grant the petition for review.
